Since I've stopped to take a long hard look at my life,
When I finally did, I began to notice that too many pieces of the puzzle just didn't fit,
There was a melody playing in my life, but the words were all wrong, somewhere along the road I took my eyes off the map, and started depending on others who've traveled this road,
Casually I submitted somebody to tell me what i needed to know,
Lord its hard to travel when you've got the wrong directions,
and its a never-ending journey when you are seeking approval of your life thru other men's eyes,
But Lord you put all the pieces together and the road is some much smoother simply because...

doing things my wayjust got me nowhere,
sometimes I'm lonely but I'm never alone,
when will I learn I can't do it on my own,
I'm searching for love and approval everyone in everyway,
But I fret and I worry but the people say Ohhh does it really matter,
what the people sayand I can't control what there thinking anyway Lord;
Right here and right now I chose to believe that God Loves me,
someway somehow,
he will set me free then I will be living, living a new life;
Happy and peaceful and free feom strive

don't worry about it God will and his love is so true,
